Old storyline; locked

Nero roared in fury as the elemental collided with him. He shook it off for a second, and blasted it with a jet of water.
"You fool!" He shouted, " I'll destroy you!" He lunged at Cibhi, taking out his sword. It was malevolent. It was possibly the only inanimate object that looked as if was just as psychotic as it's owner.

Bandon got pelted by arrows just as Tulak arrived panting. He must have ran. "Tulak! Help Now!" Bandon yelled. Tulak did an acrobatic and when he landed he had his golden bow in hand. An arrow just missed him and he unleashed 3 arrows into the spot. Bandon had just jumped over another palisade but fell straight into a pit. When he tried climbing out a ranger got cocky and looked over the edge. Bandon took the opportunity and sent a blade straight into the ranger.

A Ranger died, falling backwards into teh camp, he had tripped, not got cocky. Aerul trained three arrows on Tulak released, quickly drawing more and firing while on the move. Even though they were moving quickly now, the Rangers were still accurate. Aerul and four of them shot at Tulak while the other five shot at Bandon...

Cibhi dodged but only just.His arm got slashed,the opposite one to the arm from before.He cursed,and jumped back,sending a fireball forward for good measure.Blaze went up behind Nero and attempted to jump on his nack again and grab his face.

Nero was scorched by fire from both sides, and inadvertandtly droped the key, while slashing wildly with the sword.
"NO! I will NOT let you take it from me, when I am so close!" He roared, lunging again.

Tulak felt a sharp pain run through his body but he did'nt stop firing. He heard a scream and thought he got one, but he did'nt.
Bandon was out and looking like a porcupine because of the arrows. "You mortal fools! You dare think that you could kill the lord Bandon V. Lucifer?!" And with it he shoulder barged a ranger, landing on top of him. He sat up and started punching the ranger in the face. He heard Tulak scream with pain and decided to cut the rangers hands off and leave him. That was what he did but now Bandon was getting too much punishment for his own good and his vision started going blurry.
He got his boomerang blades out and sent them flying towards the rangers then he started making a run for it and instead of fighting, he just ran, Hurdling palisades intil he got to the wall...

OOC: There were no rangers next to you and there are another fourteen lines of stakes, pitfalls, trenches and bushes with fifteen inch long thorns on!

Xu woke up. The eternal waters were almost destroying themselves. Xu looked in, and he was in a darkened room. There is a lot of fire, and a pale man with a sword. The vision then goes blurry, and when it focuses again he's on the banks of the Mirage Lake. He had to get there fast.

He jumped into the eternal waters, and he was teleported a few miles from Mirage Lake. He then ran as fast as he could, and was at Mirage Lake in minutes. He see's total carnage, and arrows are flying everywhere.

He then raises his fists and pummels the ground. A huge valley exploded, cutting the battle scene in half...

Tulak just missed a arrow and then a valley opened up inbetween them. He launched more arrows and then started running past the defences, catching himself with the thorns. He got to the wall and he spun round grabbing his sword at the same time. He was ready for the rangers now. "Bandon! Get the prince! I'll hold off the rangers!" Tulak yelled and Bandon started walking to the lake. He put his hand over the water and then suddenly he got flung back from an explosion, knocking him out. Tulak dodged an arrow and then grabbed his frost amulet. He wispered into it and the surrounding forrest turned into an arctic ice ground.Now to kill those rangers...

Cibhi signalled to Blazestorm who nodded.Blaze jumped infront of Nero and attempted to claw at his face,while Cibhi lunged at the key,missing it by inches at knocking it towards the door.He swore,and got back up.

As one man, the rangers all drew blades leaped gracefully over the wall and onto the frozen lake. They backed up towards the temple, five rangers drew the bows and launched barrages at the three men...

OOC: No one of wrong blood can go on the lake hence my guy blowing up and getting knocked out.

Xu see's the same person who he saw in Minduir getting flung into the air, and the mysterious man with Purple Scars launching arrows at a group of rangers. He had to choose a side, and chose the Tulaks Nord's. He ran over to Tulak and spoke:

"I shall help you in your quest..."

And with that, he shot a small, blue glowing ball of energy towards one of the Rangers...

Nero slashed at the elemental, and the malevolent enchantment on the weapon finished off the already weakened creature.
Nero panted, standing there, with his clothes scorched and burned.
"Just you and me now, princeling..." He said quietly, walking towards the boy, then suddenly darting forwards, attacking again.

OOC: Anyone can go on the lake, but nobody can get INSIDE the building.

The ranger nimbly dodged the ball of energy, getting singed slightly, the lake however, started to melt... The five rangers continued there deadly accurate barrage while Aerul and the other four waited for the moment when they would approach

Tulak jumped onto a ranger who got to close and dealt a savage blow. "Thank Viasha! Help get Bandon insifde the building. He is the strongest of us all! Ah Damn!" He dodged a sword blow and at the same time Bandon spun round on his back and got up to his feet. He retreived his sword and made a run to the temple...

"Grrr..."

This time, he held his arms out infront of him, and a dark beam of energy shot out towards the rangers...

Cibhi dodged,and got slashed on his arm again,making the wound even deeper.He yelled in pain,and fell backwards into the fire he had made at the door,dispelling the spell instantly.He opened his eyes.
"Ugh...this is it then..."He said weakly,covertly feeling underneath him,where he thought he may have landed."May I make a dead mans wish?Answer me truthfully;who sent you?Don't go on with some cryptic stuff,tell me.Dead mans last wish.Please."

"Who sent me?" The idea seemed to anger Nero. "Those who would assume themselves my masters...but Chaos will change that." He smiled at this prospect.
He leaned over Cibhi, with his mouth next to his ear, and whispered:
"The Third Empire..."

Bandon's feet was cracking the ice on the sprint and suddenly the ice broke underneath his feet. He jumped and did a roll in the air and was on the small island in the center of the lake. The door was open but something was blocking the door from the inside. "Damn! Let me in fools!" He started smashing the door down but each time he hit it, his hand bounced off. Tulak was growing tired from his wounds, not only from the rangers but from the thunderlord as well. He got struck in the arm and he screamed in pain. At the same time he struck back slicing off the ranger's head.

OOC: rangers don#'t die that easily!

The rangers scattered sheathed swords, drew bows and started to fire. Moving after each shot sometimes during each shot. They fired at Xu and bandon while Nero faced off Tulak. "So, we meet his highness's companions. This day is your last I think. Bandon is finished and soon, Xu will be alone." Aerul spoke to Tulak. Aeruls sword was a hand-and-half handled sword. It darted with expert presicion flicking towards Tulak quickly, it flicked twoards his head and shoulders, it flicked at his legs, it sometimes flicked at his torso and tapped Tulak's blade sometimes. Aerul was an expert at close combat. Just as good at archery. Because he was a master ranger. Tulak was most likely going to have a bad day...

Xu saw the arrows coming towards him, and ended his attack. Instead, he reverted his power to defence, summoning a small blue shield of light in front of him. As they hit it, they were vaporised into puffs of smoke...

"Ah ha! Touche. I am the only survivor of my battalion and so I highly reccomend you to step down." Tulak then whirled his sword round his body and got into a fencing stance, 1 hand behind his back." And so, you will fight honourably? Good. ON GUARD!" And with it, Tulak started the face off. Bandon got several arrows to the back and at the same time he got into the building. A fallen pillar was blocking it and now he ran to another room. "Nero! Come fight another who matches your fighting prowess!" Bandon yelled as he reached a door to a room. He sensed that the prince was inside but the door was blocked.

Xu decided to target the remaining rangers while Tulak battled. He punched the air, aiming towards a ranger. This "psychic" blow physically punched him with the power of the darkness, and the ranger fell back to the ground...

Izath electrified the blades of his allies. "Hopefully this will give your enemies a shocking experience!" He shouted, before charging at huis nearest foe. Salvanar was just watching, the porblem with Izath was he left no enemies to share around.
