Old storyline; locked

Things seem grim for Tulak, he has already lost his sword to Bandon and now he could only rely on his golden bow but all the arrows just don't harm him. They all entered Bandon's terrible body. Bandon pulled out his chain blades and started spinning them around and lunged for Tulak. Both hit and Tulak howled in pain. As Tulak was kneeling on the floor, Bandon walked over to him and grabbed his throat...

Salvanar looked at the elemental. "You know what is happening. Chibhi is your master for now. Follow him and help in any way you can. Teach him how to summon his fire elemental."

He turned to Nero as the elemental sped off.

"It seems we meet on the heat of battle, once again...."

Nero laughed.
"Ha! Not quite. You will not be fighting me. Feel free to battle though; I have plenty of things to oblige that paticular desire."
He shouted a word, and suddenly a hundred spirits began to form, and moved towards Salvanar.
"Have fun, your grace!" Nero laughed, flying the wyvern into the vast dwarf halls in search of Cibhi.

Hawke reached a seemingly solid wall. He pressed the amulet into an apparently natural alcove, and the wall slid back. A shame that the teleportation power woudn't be working for, oh...perhaps a month.
"Hurry!" Hawke shouted to Cibhi, as the wyverns roar filled the caverns again. "Into the passage!"

Salvanar realised his destiny. Now he could show everyone the raging storms, the fury within. These spirits would never feel so much pain again. they will suffer eternally.

"Very well! If Nero's too scared to face the tempest, feel free to suffer for him!"
Salvanar seemed to sound more and more evil with every passing second.
"And suffer you shall....."

Meanwhile, Izath was catching up with Cibhi very quickly. "Young master!" He shouted. "Let me help you! I am Izath, Salvanar's minion! You must escape! I am here to serve!"

Bandon lifted Tulak off of his feet by the throat. Tulak swore at Bandon just before he threw him straight into the wall, knocking him out. Bandon lifted Tulak over his shoulder and found his sword, after that he galloped to his island. Now is time for revenge...

Cibhi was confused.First everyone suddenly decided it would be a good idea to kill him,now the secure Dwarvern Halls are being destroyed and a little lightning thing is following him.
"Whatever!"He said,following Hawke"Just keep running!"

Izath realised that these were peculiar circumstances. "When we are safe, I teach you the power of fire. You summon fire elemental as your own." He added "But first, we save you."

He picked up Cibhi and increased his speed by a factor of 2. "You move fast, we find hiding place"

Hawke looked around in suprise as Izath and Cibhi zoomed past him.
"Hey! Wait!" Hawke ran after them.
There was a great crash as the double doors leading down to the core of the mountain, where they were, were torn apart.
Hawke ran even faster.

After Bandon had arrived he tossed Tulak into a dark room to act as his prison, then he raised some skeleton guards to make sure he stays put. After that he galloped back to the dwarven halls. He has got to go after that prince. When he arrived he saw a little shock thing chaseing after the boy.Time has come...

"Izath very sorry, Izath forget you," he said. He rushed down and activated a speed spell on him. "You lead way, we follow."

Nero was surprised to see someone galloping towards the core. It could only be after the boy.
Nero smiled.
Then he threw a gigantic fireball after them.

Ryo and Toro woke up. They had decided to go into the dwarf hills. They went in and about half an hour later they saw something happening. Again. It was the person at the ice castle, Nero, on top of the hill. He shot a huge fireball, and this ment a battle was happening...that or he was training, Toro doubted it. (lol)
They made there way up the hill, to see what was going on.

OOC: They arent on a hill, they are inside the Dwarf Halls.

Hawke reached the end of the passage. Izath was waiting there, with Cibhi over his shoulder. Hawke put his amulet into another alcove, and the wall opened, to reveal the heat of the desert.

When he awoke, Xu continued his journey home. He reaches Selenis, and decided to go into the ports. Strangely, it was pretty bare, with only a few people there. He looked around for people, but they were just...gone! He goes into a local pub to ask...

"Where is everyone, may I ask?" Xu asked the Bartender.

"I'm as spooked as you are, sir. In other words, I don't 'av a clue. Usually we 'ere bout these things, but not this time. Yesterday, the town were full! This mornin', poof, gone!" He replied

"Okayy...Thank you." Said Xu

Xu walked out of the pub, still dazed by the sudden loneliness of the town...

Bandon was making fast progress and he was allready near the boy prince. He saw what was giving the prince a ride, it was a elemental, just like what he had all those years ago... Finally he caught up and he said to them "Guess who's back! Ha ha haa!"... He only narrowly missed the fire ball tossed at him and he did'n give it a thought.

Hawke turned, saw the man on the horse, and slid the wall back into place, leaving the man inside the mountain.
"Come on.." He said. "We need to reach somewhere safe. Haleinis, perhaps."

Bandon whent crashing through the wall and fell of his horse from the force of it and with it he shouted: "Damn you! You do not even know why I am here, puny mortals!" Bandon did not like having a wall close on him and now he is rather fed up. He got back on the horse which now has some very busted up bones. He needed to catch up with them.

Hawke stood in front of Cibhi, with his hands on his knives.
"What do you want, then?" He asked.

Nero pulled up short at the tunnel. There was no way through.
Well, it seemed he'd wiped out half the the dwarves in the hall for nothing.
Perhaps he should leave the child for now, and continue with his plan. Or, perhaps the best one, do both.
Nero flew south...to Ralvas.

"You mortals think you can take on Nero and his friends? Well he is just as powerful as me and I have no quarrels with you, I want that thunderlord! Problem is that he has sealed himself for preperation of the 8th coming. I shall be of use. This I know" Bandon seems to be softening up abit and he does not like it one bit.

Izath looked at him. "Indeed. You need vengeance upon that wretch. I would help you, but I fear you would turn on me. You are not known for being a nice person. Perhaps if I was guaranteed you'd change your ways, I might assist you. I do not help those who will eventually attack me in response."

then he turned. Cibhi, I am giving you the power to summon your own fire elemental. Use him to keep you safe. Fire elementals are known for their brutality and strength. They will be the best of bodyguards, young prince." Izath touches Cibhi's palm, which glows red before revealing a tatto of the ancient elementine word 'blazestorm'. He bows before turning back to Bandon. "What say you?"

Nero arrived in Ralvas. People looked up in fear at the wyvern, and then more fear at the sight of Nero. He was well-known in Ralvas. He carried so much influence he practically ruled it.
He landed outside the Court of the King, where the decisions were made. Of course, there was no king. The whole place was in turmoil.
The shouting of the nobles and officials inside could be heard from the street, but all went silent as Nero walked in. He walked, not to the podium, but to the center of the hall and spread his arms wide.
"What is this?" He said in a voice of contempt, his words echoing around the hall. "What are you? Squabbling like birds over carrion. You are so ignorant. You sit, and cower in your halls, and you claim intelligence and power and grace. But have none of these. You have as much power as an orphan, and that is exactly who will be your undoing."
He looked around.
"None of you had any inclination, or desire, or made any attempt to find the prince. Because it was convenient, was it not? He knew you for what you were- corrupt, and lazy. I know too. But he is not missing any more. He has reappeared! The Prince of Corbep walks free!"
And in most courts or crowds whispering would have begun. But fear and subservience to Nero prevented even that. But everyone in that room had the same thought.
"And...that is not what we want. This, will, after all, destroy the country. A new king, who turns out the nobles? No. That cannot happen."
Nero smiled. He had so much control over these poor people. If he told them to jump of a cliff, they would obey.
"So...what is our course of action? What is it, do you think?"
And now people began to whisper. Nero's smile grew crueller, and anyone experienced in such matters would likely have recognised madness in it's true form- not insanity, not babbling like a fool, but complete and utter loss of reality.
Nero's words were soft, so soft they almost couldn't be heard. But nobody misheard it.
"Kill him."

It was busy in the Dwarf halls. They searched for Tulak, or that rich guy who was attacked by Nero, who had just left.
They suddenly saw an orb of lightning, next to a young boy, about Toro's age maybe a bit more, and someone else...They somehow looked familer, so Toro asked them who they were and had they heard of Tulak and Salvanar. The young boy, Chibi, answered but the other person just gave an evil look..

"Ha ha! You search for Tulak? Well I know where he is, you can't have him and as for you." He looked towards the elemental. "You think I would change my ways? Why should I? You havent been on this wretched ball of rock as long as I have. I shall follow but that promise will have to wait." Bandon did not like negotiating and now he had 2 others around looking for Tulak. His job gets more fun by the minute.

"What are we going to do now?" Asked Toro, to everyone. "And also, what the hell has happened!?"

Izath the Executor came up to Toro. "There has been too many goings on to scribe the entire history of these events. I, afterall, am no chronicler. However, in time you will see the past and future, and what you must do to stop it."

The Elemental looked at Bandon. "I am sorry...I cannot help you then. I swore an oath to good when I betrayed the evil Thunderlord. To join one who has intentions to do evil, I cannot obey. It would break my oath. However...."

Izath went to bandon and completed the tattoo of thunder on his palm. "You may have your own lightning elemental. Thunderlord is no longer the teacher of lightning elementals. I am. This elemental, that you have wanted for countless generations, is now yours forever. I hope he can help you."
