Below the sewers, there is a caster camp by one of the hidden entrances in the sewers, one of the casters there knows the way to open the gate.

well when he wakes up (or appears) from his mind thingy its not just gonna be a simple, open eyes and wake up. Its' more or less gonna be, faded visions soon become clear and a mass of his magic is at use, liek a abig release of energy but in his magic form. It's because he's finaly become who he used to be, his midn thigny awoke his hidden/ lost powers and now they're suddenly released once he wakes up. This can cause a bit of destruction when he wakes up etc

edit: and later on you discover how he had hidden or lost powers, I'm goign to reveale a lot of his past and reveal some secrets for both George and Voiy
