With resizing I would use GIMP;there's a scale tool and you can specify what to scale it.

| A fish tank for frogs is interesting.
I myself have 2 tanks. (Well, not really mine, my dad actually bought them and mantains them, but i end up feeding them since he's only home 2/7 days a week) Used to have 3, but one broke, so moved the fish in that one into another.
Nothing paticularly extravagant. Angel fish, bottom feeders, silver dollars, a gobi, and some others i don't know the name of. | |
