Well, i was thinking of putting a cap on the number of people that could be in the main storyline, and makers of any other RPG could do the same. I need to discuss with Heiwa though.

20 plus pages is a lot, im trying to work my way through but taking time, still i think people will join, as long as they get the jist of things by scanning through

Yes, we think that once a storyline ends, we will lcok the thread, delete any inactive chars /people from the log, then make a new topic.

When a STROYLINE ends. so for example, when Nero died, Cibhi became king, etc etc etc.
Thohg if it's a paticulalrly long storyline, maybe when a chapter ends.

Hm...Maybe, but I think thats too often. Besides, at the end of a chapter the things that happened are summarised in the first post.
