Design the Villain!

So, as for the past few times I have main antagonist, which I'm sure people are getting bored of, me and Heiwa have decided to have one of YOU be the villain.
You will have to, however, come up with a reasonably long, detailed and descriptive bio. Also you will describe what their evil purpose/plan/whatever is. Remember it needs to drive a story.
These bios will be PMed to me and Heiwa, and we shall judge. Whoever comes up with the best(Which will probably include originality) will roleplay the villain in the main story.
Note the current storyline is to be deleted soon and the next one will pick up where the old one left off.
Do not post yet, a bio will be up.
This thread is for competition related discussion, and remember not to tell others too much of what your bio is, to prevent any thought or idea stealing.

Right, the comp is ended.
Unit has won; his plot and villain shall be implemented.
However, because I think we need a sub-villain in case of inactivity or whatever, Galox will also be an antagonist in the plot.
Salvanar, I'm afraid that your character wouldn't have been able to work in conjunction with Unit's plot. It was a good bio; but that's why it didn't make it.
