hey what if a new character was introduced to the main story but the char was very solitary and has no information, not even a face only a dark, evil and mystic cloaky look. (Evil char)

It randomly shows up with the travellers, it knows everything that has happened and what will. Has suffication powers, telekenesis powers and can draw in life away from anything. It possibly know the info of every other char as it can read minds, but that's up to what the other chars believe.

I guess the char could lead into the next chapter as the main evil boss guy or a main evil guy they need to hun or a main evil boss - something that is a few ranks under the main boss. (just an idea, i don't know hows things pan out)

As the char knows of everything that has happened, the travellers believe that it may know more of what is going to happen or information that they need for some key reason. So they try to hunt it down - with little information (i guess the info could come from local rumours, anciant text etc)

I think that is considerably too OP, and generally not great. All-powerful chars tend to kill the story.

OP is overpowered. So something that is invicible or can kill instantly, etc.

Appearance: average height, with gray eyes. Pale skin, and usually a morose look on his face. Dark hair

Clothing/Armour: Depends. When working a leather he prefers zip up leather coat that covers most of his body, so as not to get blood on him. He also wears vambraces and breeches that are enchanted to be as hard as steel, so that he uses his arms to block attacks, like a shield. Looks similar to this;

Weapons: A unique weapon that is a combination of a long knife and a scalpel. Also has many other weapons designed for different things, including throwing knives.
Preffered fighting style: A whirlwind combination of magic and his knife, though rarely gets into a prolonged fight.

Short History: Was born with multiple personality disorder; he has three people in one body. One is a fairly normal person, though driven slightly mental and depressed by the other two. One is a genius, but is an unpleasant person with little regard for anybody else. The third is a sadistic psychopath, with an incredible skill for killing and each personality knows the human anatomy inside out- literally. The knowledge in the brain is shared between each personality, and there is a certain amount of blurring between the genius and the other two. He worked for an illegal doctor for some time; whenever somebody couldn't or wouldn't pay the doctor what he wanted, he would send Mantav to kill them and harvest their organs for the doctor. The doctor was caught eventually, but Mantav escaped. He now works as a hired assasin.

He has no influence over court and government being the fifth prince, only the second and first take politics. (sometimes third depending on the circumstances)

And even if nobody has seen him he still needs an appearence. He does need an age, and being human it needs to be within the normal range of sort of 1-100.

Yes, of course. you can make a new character any time in the storyline, but the limit is two characters, except for admins.
